How are the LOVEBOXES packed?

The LOVEBOX itself is a high-quality stiff cardboard box with an invisible magnetic closure and tied with a satin bow. The wonderful products in the box are arranged decoratively and nestled in protective "Sizzlepak".

The finished LOVEBOX is then packed in a neutral box and set-placed with popcorn (environmentally friendly with a smile factor). This way the LOVEBOX will arrive at its destination just as we have packed it for you.

The outside box has a small Petit Boudoir Logo on it, should you wish to have a completely Logo-free box in order to surprise to the fullest, please contact us via Mail, or add this wish to your order. 

Can the articles in the box be ordered individually?

In short: No. In long: The ‘WOW’ effect of giving this gift also has to do with the selection of the products and the special presentation and so, “part of the parcel”. However, keep your eye out for featured individual products in our shop. We showcase certain items that are often found in boxes too. If you are missing a certain theme box, you are welcome to send us suggestions. 

Can I choose the colour of the box?

Each LOVEBOX is carefully designed to match the colour, theme, and contents of the gift box. Our system does not allow you to change the colour of the box. However, for custom-made products for companies and events, we can discuss special wishes.. 

How do I know which size to order?

The articles in the LOVEBOXES and the MORNING GLORY dressing gowns are usually available in the sizes S (36/38), M (38/40), and L (40/42). If you are not sure, please consult the size chart in the tab "Additional Information" on the product page.

Can I add a greeting card to the box?

We offer a gift card service free of charge. Choose this option during the ordering process and we will write your desired message in our best handwriting on a Petit Boudoir greeting card.

Is there an invoice inside the delivery?

We do not enclose a paper invoice with our shipments, as LOVEBOXES are often sent directly to the recipient as a gift. As a customer, you will always receive an invoice as a pdf document to your e-mail address. If you have not received an invoice, please contact us:

Which size is right?

Our dressing gowns are usually available in sizes S (36/38), M (38/40), and L (40/42). If you are not sure, you can check the exact measurements on the product page in the tab "Additional Information". 

To be on the safe side, you can use the size chart for orientation:

How do I best wash my lovely robe?

Wash your MORNING GLORY at a maximum of 30° in the delicates or hand-wash program. Some washing machines also have a lingerie program, which is suitable for this purpose. Of course, you can also wash your dressing gown by hand. Use a special hand detergent for fine laundry. Please avoid fabric softener. And never use the dryer. It is best to hang the robe on a clothes hanger to dry it. In case you forget, there is a label with washing recommendations inside every dressing gown

Alternatively, you can let others do the work for you and take the robe to the cleaners. 

Where and how are MORNING GLORY’s produced?

It is important to us that our dressing gowns are produced fairly and locally. For this reason, we have decided to work with Stitch by Stitch: A dressmaking workshop that employs refugee tailors and helps them receive official recognition for their qualifications. We stand behind this company 100% and are happy to support a great project.


How exactly does the ordering process work?

To order all you need to do is open a user account with us. Enter a delivery and billing address, as well as a valid e-mail address. When you have placed your desired goods in the shopping cart, you can complete the order via the checkout and pay with one of the possible payment methods (Klarna or PayPal).

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Either via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to If the order has already been shipped, you can make use of your right to cancel. Please note our Terms of Business. You are entitled to the statutory cancellation period of 14 days.

How do I make use of my right to cancel an order?

In the case of a return, please follow our cancellation policy.


Which payment methods are possible?

You can pay in our online shop with PayPal and via Klarna Checkout by invoice, account, installment purchase, instant payment, or with your credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

For payment via Klarna invoice or Klarna installment purchase, you must enter your date of birth for authentication. When using the Klarna buy now, pay later service, you pay for the goods only after receiving them.If you choose one of these payment methods, you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions. How do I receive an invoice?

How long does the shipping take from the time of order?

We try to hand over all orders received by us before 13 o'clock on weekdays to DHL on the same day. The parcel delivery time by DHL is then 1 to maximum 3 working days within Germany. Please note that we can currently only ship Monday to Friday, if you order over the weekend you may have to wait a little longer.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Germany we ship LOVEBOXES and DRESSING GOWNS free of charge. For other orders under € 50.00, we charge € 6,00 for shipping and handling. In order to ensure fast and environmentally friendly shipping, we have chosen the premium provider DHL. 

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship within Germany and the EU. For EU countries, outside of Germany, we charge  € 16.00 for shipping.


How can I open a user account?

As a new customer, you can register with us in a few steps and create your personal customer account. Just click on "I am a new customer", fill out the fields and register.

If you already have a customer account, all you have to do is click on "Login" and enter your e-mail address and password to log in.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

It happens. Just click on "Account" in the top right corner of the website. In the login screen, you can click on "Forgot your password? You will then receive an e-mail from us with a link where you can set a new password.

What do I do if my e-mail has changed?

If you want to change your e-mail address, please let us know. You can send an e-mail to or use our contact form.
